Repair Hangar/Maintenance Shop/ Bldg 255 Project No. TQKD 13-2013.
The Oregon National Guard intends to award a firm fixed-price contract for the repair of Bldg 255 according to the Specifications dated 18 December 2020 and Drawings dated 1 April 2021.
The work will include the seismic upgrades, HVAC system replacement, aircraft fire suppression upgrade, roof repair, and interior reconfiguration so that the building can properly serve the Wing fighter aircraft mission.
