    This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 6.302-1-Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NAICS Code 531120 applies to this procurement.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, the Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.The Department of Veterans Affairs currently occupies medical office and related space at 2 International Plaza, Nashville, TN 37217 in a lease that will be expiring. The Government intends to enter into a real property succeeding lease contract to lease 10,593 rentable square feet (RSF) 9,007 American National Standards Institute/Building Owners and Managers Association (ANSI/BOMA), with a minimum of 100 parking spaces, for utilization as the International Plaza lease. The lease term requirement is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, five (5) years non- firm. The space must be available for occupancy by September 30, 2026.The leased space shall be in an area bordered by the following boundaries:North Boundary: I-40South Boundary: I-24West Boundary: Harding PlaceEast Boundary: Donelson PikeSDVOSB and VOSB firms are invited to provide information to contribute to the market research for this project.
