This letter is FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY to update offerors regardingsolicitation, FA700023R0006, pertaining to the USAFA Athletic and Academic Custodial SiteVisit.2. An organized one-day pre-proposal conference and site visit has been tentatively scheduledfor 12 October 2023. Access to the site visit will be restricted to two individuals per interestedparties. Interested parties are asked to email the Company Name, Attendee Name(s), Email(s)and Phone Number(s) to PCO Mr. Jerry Smith at jerry.smith.25@us.af.mil, and ContractSpecialists, Mr. David Willers at david.willers@us.af.mil and Mrs. Leila Busseyleila.bussey@us.af.mil NLT 3 October 2023, six (6) business days prior to the event to ensurethe forum can accommodate all attendees.3. Prospective offerors shall arrive at the USAFA South Gate Pass and Registration (Building8486), 8486 South Gate Blvd, USAFA CO 80840, no later than (NLT) 8:00 A.M. MDT on 12October 2023 to check in. Park and meet in the parking lot of the Pass and RegistrationBuilding.4. Transportation will be provided by the Government from the Pass and Registration Building8486 and back following the site visit. Prospective offeror's will not be allowed to drive theirown vehicles and must remain with the group at all times.5. Anyone who plans to attend the pre-proposal conference/site visit but fails to contact thePOC prior to the deadline above WILL NOT be permitted to attend the pre-proposalconference/site visit.6. DO NOT SUBMIT comments at this time.7. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal and should not be construed as acommitment by the Government for any purpose.8.
