Vendor needs to provide advancement enterprise constituent relationship management platform.
- An advancement enterprise software solution to replace the current system, Advancement Data System (CADS), on behalf of University Development and Alumni Relations (UDAR). The advancement enterprise software solution must be built on the Salesforce platform.
- Replace in-house customized Salesforce solution with a software vendor-based Salesforce solution with the goal of reducing customizations and leveraging out-of-the-box functionality and ongoing support and enhancements
