- Tenders are invited for Automated License Plate Readers Solution
Vendor needs to provide automated license plate readers solution
- Collect and capture and process thousands of vehicles in a day.
- Must be a web based solution.
- Include a web-based footage retrieval tool with filtering capabilities such as vehicle color, vehicle type, vehicle manufacturer, partial or full license plate, state of license plate, and object detection.
- Contain a backend cloud hosted end user application that is robust and easy to use.
- The ALPR system should use AI or Machine Learning in real time to reduce or eliminate false positive hits.
- Save searches based on description of vehicles without the need for a license plate and set up alerts based on vehicle description.
- At a minimum, capture vehicles traveling up to 75 MPH, day and night, and up to 75 feet away and two (2+) lanes of traffic simultaneously with a single camera from a vertical platform
- Be CJIS (Criminal Justice Information Services) compliant, and ensure the data is protected from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
- Interface with both Android and iOS devices through applications and via web browser.
- Be compatible with both Mac and PC-s, iOS and Android devices, and popular browsers to include Safari, Google Chrome, and Microsoft.
- The ALPR data and footage must be encrypted in transit and at rest in a cloud hosted application site.
- The ALPR images can be securely accessed via a cloud hosted application site.
- Data and footage must be securely stored with a minimum of AES256 encryption.
- The ALPR system should include integration into Axon andEvidence.com.
