PURPOSE OF THE PROJECTThe Oklahoma City Area Office (OCA), Indian Health Services (IHS) has a requirement for building alarmmonitoring services with the existing equipment at the Wewoka Indian Health Center located in Wewoka,OK.2. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTSThe contractor shall provide off-site burglar alarm monitoring services, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week atthe Wewoka Service Unit for the Annex Building, Warehouse, Clinic, and Pharmacy.3. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCEThe base year Period of Performance will be 12 months from date of award with four (4) twelve (12) monthoption years.4. LEVEL OF EFFORT4.1.The contractor shall provide quarterly inspections and testing of all equipment to ensure and maintainoperational conditions(s) to include service, maintenance, and or repair of malfunctioning equipment.4.2.The contractor shall provide monthly monitoring and reports to include openings and closings for burglaralarm system. Copies of reports shall be provided to the Facility Manager of the Wewoka Service Unit.4.3 Pricing shall be all inclusive to include replacement parts and costs associated in order to keep equipmentfunctioning properly.4.4 The Contractor shall be responsible for all travel costs and associated expenses to and from the WewokaIndian Health Center.4.5. The Contractor shall provide notification to the facility manager, and up to three other personnel in theevent the alarm(s) get activated within 1 minute of the alarm being activated. The police are required tobe notified with-in 30 seconds of an alarm(s) getting activated.
