Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a contractor for the annual inspection, maintenance and troubleshooting of (2) Carrier Air-Cooled Chillers, (1) Condenser and (1) AHU at the ANL site for one base year, with the option to extend for 4 additional years.
An equipment list has been provided within the attached Statement of Work.
Task Labor Support/Minimum Qualifications
Technicians should have EPA required certification for HVAC work. They should be qualified for electrical NFPA70 work. Technicians will be escorted while on site for controlled access.
