- Tenders are invited for Case Management System and Project Management Services
Vendor needs to provide case management system and project management services.
- A dashboard reporting system will use the new and existing data to present progress and aid in overall project management.
- To better organize and evaluate the work to implement our strategic plan through the development of this capacity for generalized project management.
- The new capacity will allow us to judge our progress towards achieving our project goals by uniting the breadth of work data already recorded in LegalServer—including cases, clinics, training events, community education and outreach events, special projects, and administrative efforts—with data to be recorded in the new capacity itself.
- The development work will be additionally informed by a committee of representatives from other legal aid organizations; this will help to ensure that the resulting CMS capacity is broadly useful.
- Creating this CMS capacity will improve the internal operations of legal aid organizations and, in so doing, improve the ability of such organizations to work for the benefit of their client communities.
