Solicitation Description : The State of Texas, by and through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), issues this Request for Offers (RFO) to solicit an Outsourced Services fee-for-service (FFS) claims processing and adjudication services and financial services vendor from qualified entities to support the Title XIX Texas Medical Assistance Program (Medicaid) and other State and federally funded programs in accordance with the Scope of Work and other requirements contained in this Solicitation.
