A. This requirement is for Multiple Aw ard Task Order Contract (MATOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) used to satisfy a diverse group of construction and design-build projects for the Darby Military Community.B. This solicitation may result in the award of up to four contracts.C. There w ill be a five (5) year ordering period. D. The seed project will fall under the NAICS Code 236220.E. The guaranteed minimum amount over the life of this contract is $500.00.F. The seed project may be awarded (subject to the availability of funds) as part of this IDIQ, but will be on a subsequent task order.G. The total aggregate maximum amount expendable under the entire MATOC lifecycle SHALL NOT EXCEED $15,000,000.00.
