DESIGN/BUILD OF A CENTRALIZED VEHICLE MAINTENANCE FACILITY IN JERICHO, WEST BANK, PALESTINE.
The Regional Procurement Support Office in Frankfurt, Germany, intends to issue a Firm Fixed-Price Design/Build Construction Type Contract in the third quarter of calendar year 2024.The successful offeror shall provide complete design and construction services, contract coordination, and supervision, including but not limited to the design, management and construction necessary to meet the requirements of this contract within the established timeframe.
Short project scope description:The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), International Narcotics Law Enforcement (INL) Jerusalem has a requirement for a centralized vehicle maintenance facility in Jericho, West Bank, Palestine. The CVM will be turned over to the PA and will not be a USG facility. This statement of work (SOW) defines the services to be performed by the project development Design Build Contractor, hereafter referred to as the Contractor.
Contractor shall work within the PA property line and as required outside the property line to complete the requirements of the contract. Contractor shall be responsible for coordination with local utility providers and costs related to connections to local services outside the PA property line. Work on property and outside the property line may include but is not limited to driveway connections, grading, drainage, temporary construction access, erosion control during construction and final stabilization.Contractor is responsible for obtaining permits and associated fees (e.g., zoning, building approvals, utility, construction, and occupancy permits) and licenses required to execute the work.
