This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C24E24Q0043.This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04 effective 1 May 2024, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). This Solicitation is being competed as a Total Services Disabled Small Business Set-Aside. The RPO-East Research and Development Contracting Office is seeking to establish Good Clinical Practice Clinical Research Quality Associate services for the New Mexico, VAMC. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) is provided in Attachment 1. Service Contract Act Wage Determinations applies to this acquisition and will be incorporated into the resulting contract.
