Goodfellow AFB is a nonflying United States Air Force base located in San Angelo, Texas. As part of the Air Education and Training Command, Goodfellow-s main mission is cryptologic and intelligence training for the Air Force, Space Force, Army, Coast Guard, Navy, and Marine Corps.
Mission: We Train, Transform, and Empower joint and coalition warriors.
Vision: The 17th Training Wing will cultivate fire protection and ISR professionals to drive decision advantage in future multi-domain operations.
Organization: The 17th Training Wing is composed of the 17th Training Group, 517th Training Group, 17th Mission Support Group and 17th Medical Group. The wing also provides support to Army, Navy and Marine Corps on-base units, as well as seven other partner organizations and Angelo State University's Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps.
This Request for Information (RFI)/Industry Day Announcement is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This RFI does not commit the Government to a contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the Government will not reimburse for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI are solely at the interested parties- expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in a future RFP, if one is issued.
This RFI is seeking responses from businesses that can provide the required services in the following categories: Infrastructure, Information Technology, Personnel/Services, Innovation, and Six Gen Learning.
