- Purpose Of Procurement Pursuant To The State Purchasing Act (official Code Of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 Et Seq.), This Electronic Request For Quotes (erfq) Is Being Issued To Establish An Open Agency Contract With One Or More Qualified Suppliers Who Will Provide Charter Bus Services To The Board Of Regents Of The University System Of Georgia By And On Behalf Of Georgia State University (hereinafter, The State Entity) As Further Described In This Erfq. Georgia State University Is Soliciting Bids For Experienced And Qualified Contractors Who Will Provide Charter Bus Services (motor Coaches For 55+ Passengers And 20 - 33 Mini Bus Passengers) For Various Colleges And/or Departments. This Contract May Also Used To Provide Supplemental Campus Bus Routes. Contractors Should Make Every Effort To Meet The Needs Of All Campus Departments Desiring Transportation. The Intent Is To Establish A Multiple Award Contract For One Year With 4-1 Year Renewal Options.
