SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineer Louisville District (USACE) intends to issue a firm fixed price construction contract for the construction of the Army Reserve Center at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio.
As part of the construction contract solicitation, USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements:
The fire alarm and mass notification system equipment will include a combined fire alarm/mass notification control unit, manual pull stations, room smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, duct detectors, speakers, and visual strobes, monitor and control relay modules, and local operator consoles- manufactured by Johnson Controls. - Documents :
