(a) The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) Purchasing and Contracting Division (P&C) on behalf of the 1st Squadron 221st Cavalry requires portable latrines, handwashing stations, and light tower support during the Annual Training event at the Orchard Combat Training Center (OCTC) Boise, Idaho. The training event requires 10 portable latrines, 06 handwashing stations, 6 towed portable light towers, 22 latrine services, and equipment delivery and pick up.
(b) There is no current contract for this requirement.
(c) Dates with Line Item Numbers (LINs): 16 June 2025 through 25 June 2025 - LIN 0001.

52.212-2 Evaluation - Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2021)(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:(1) Price(2) Technical Requirements(3) Past PerformanceTechnical requirements and past performance, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price.(b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
