The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District has a requirement for a contractor to deliver mixed concrete to the Minnesota-side of the spillway located at Lock and Dam 8 in Genoa, WI. These deliveries will take place during the winter months (November 1 - March 1) over a two-year period and will require backing across the 20- wide Reno spillway. Minimum quantity will be 350 cubic yards but could increase to up to 450 cubic yards. Deliveries will be in 30-yard batches (+/- 10%) delivered to the work site.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 327320, Ready-Mix Concrete Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees.
The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
The solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside.
