- The County is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors for Project Title, in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation.The County is seeking to renovate this Athletic Complex in order to make it a safer and more enjoyable place for recreational and sporting events. Phase I of the project will include significant site work, including but not limited to: demolition and re-orientation of 2 ballfields, storm water, interior walking pathways, fencing, additional site work such as electrical / plumbing / irrigation lines for Phase II amenities, sidewalk and curbing, and batting cages.Phase I of the project will take place in the fall and winter of 2025 and must be complete in time for the Little League season, scheduled to begin March 15, 2026.
