- This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks bids from qualified vendors to provide Long Term Safety Awards for various locations in the state of Missouri, to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT), in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated herein. The contract period is from Date of Award to December 31, 2023, with four (4) one-year renewal options. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS or via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required the bidder contact the buyer of record via email at Lori.Tackett@modot.mo.gov, if the bidder intends to submit a hard copy bid. Bids will not be accepted by email.
