The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Agricultural Library (NAL), has a requirement to procure 2nd and 3rd Hallway Abatement and VTC tile replacement in the National Agricultural Library.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The reference number for this acquisition is 1232SA23Q0182 and it is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2023-05 (effective 08 August 2023). Please prepare a quote; include the Business Name, Business POC (name, e-mail & phone number), Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), and CAGE code.
This procurement is an open market unrestricted construct contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 562910 Remediation Services. For the purpose of this procurement the small business size standard is $25 million.
