Two (2) Amendments have been posted.
Amendment 0001 has been issued to correct the project name stated within Item 1 (Statement of Understanding) of the Technical Proposal Response (Factor 2); and to provide updates of included clauses.
Amendment 0002 has been issued to include RFI-s and extend the bid due date for proposals. Attachment 1 (titled "QGV RFI Attachment 1") has been added with questions and answers. The due date is hereby changed from May 15, 2024 to the new due date of May, 21, 2024 at 1500 EST.
Ensure to acknowledge the amendment on page 2 of the SIR along with your proposal.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Eastern Acquisitions-AAQ-570, College Park, GA, is issuing Screening Information Request (SIR) Number 697DCK-24-R-00272, QGV ARSR Access Road Paving, Fort Fisher (Kure Beach) NC as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW) attached to the Solicitation in accordance with the Acquisition Management System (AMS) 3.2.2.2 Policy as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
Includes, but is not limited to furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, surveying, permits, insurance, etc. to remove and replace 2,000-L x 16-W, minimum 4” thick (compacted) of asphalt, and miscellaneous site work, including fill and level low spots and excavated areas below the existing asphalt layer.
The FAA contemplates award of a Firm Fixed Price Contract as a result of this solicitation.
This requirement is set-aside and offered to all small business concerns.
