Response Due Date : 1/27/2022
Solicitation Description : The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm, or Corporation, herein “Respondent”, to provide services to include master planning, project cost analysis, design/architectural and engineering of a new state-of-the-art City Athletic Complex/Park including, but not limited to: softball fields, multipurpose fields, restrooms, concessions, parking, utilities and associated infrastructure as well as walking trails/trail head, picnic shelters, covered outdoor sports court, and possibly other items all of which will be based upon further public input and cost analysis. This project will be referred to as the Leander Municipal Athletic Complex “LMAC” The City anticipates a project schedule similar to the following:
