Bids will be accepted in the Foster Town Hall until 1:00 p.m., September 25, 2025, there and then to be opened. The recommended proposal is subject to the approval of the Town Council. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts of bids, to waive any technicalities, and to accept the bid that in its judgment, best meets the requirements of the Town of Foster.SPECIFICATIONSEstimated usage in gallons:Gasoline, unleaded: 9,600Diesel Fuel: 11,000Include mark-up price per gallon over cost for each: Example: Cost 2.999Mark up 0.070Town to Pay 3.069Mark-up price per gallon of gasoline over cost: ____________________________________Mark-up price per gallon of Diesel cost: __________________________________________The quantities offered in this invitation are ESTIMATED and are for bidding purposes only and may be altered by the Town, if necessary.
