THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor will furnish all equipment, materials, and labor to (a) replace sluice gate actuator, stem, stem guides/brackets and nut(s), and (b) install mechanical and electric sluice gate actuator and controls, on existing sluice gate at Mansfield Hollow Dam Dike B, Mansfield, CT
