- Supply and Delivery of new 60-kW natural gas-powered generator compliant with all applicable codes and standards. - Include all accessories needed for installation and operation. 2. Installation - Prepare the site, including the construction of a concrete pad or approved foundation. - Set and install the generator in accordance with manufacturer specifications and all applicable codes. 3. Gas Work - Perform all natural gas line connections and piping. - Coordinate with the utility provider and ensure compliance with all mechanical and safety codes. Note: Electrical installation (including transfer switch, wiring, and load testing) will be provided by others and is not part of this contract. 4. Startup and Testing - Coordinate with the City-s electrical contractor to perform final system startup and testing. - Confirm generator operates correctly under simulated load. 5. Training and Documentation - Provide basic operational training to City staff. - Submit all documentation, including: -Warranties - Operation and maintenance manuals - Recommended service schedules 6. Permitting: Secure all necessary permits, including: - City of Travelers Rest business license - Gas-related permits - Any other required local authorizations
