SCOPE OF WORK
U. S. COAST GUARD CUTTER (CGC) KATMAI & BISCAYNE BAY
Provide Portable Crew Living Quarters
SECTION 1 - GENERAL INFORMATION1.1 Scope of WorkThe contractor must provide a portable living quarter for 4 crewmembers to include 4 individual beds. The unit must have bathroom and shower facilities. Unit must come with required materials to connect to standard garden hose spigot and standard 120V 20 amp or 30 amp receptacles. Additionally, the contractor must provide housekeeping and cleaning services on a minimum of weekly basis. Linens, pillows, and towels are not expected to be provided.
1.1.1 Acceptance Criteria
Quarters provided shall be clean, hygienic, and free from dirt, debris, and contamination. Sleeping mattresses shall be sanitary and free from stains and contaminates. Additionally, units are required to be well-maintained, functional, and free from damage.

1.4 AwardIt is the governments- intent to make award on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offered through issuance of a firm fixed price contract.
