The Facilities Construction R&A East CMT of the United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals for a Roof Replacement project, at the United States Postal Service owned Akron P&DC 675 Wolf Ledges Parkway, Akron, OH 44309, Summit County. Please see attached Summary of Work.The estimated cost of the work is between $5,000,000 and $6,000,000; with construction completion no later than two hundred and forty (240) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.The solicitation will open February 18, 2025 on USPS eSourcing Coupa (see How to Participate below) and close on March 20, 2025. The USPS is concerned with making an award to the supplier striking the appropriate balance of technical features and price. As technical scores become closer, then price becomes more important as to selection. However, the USPS may not necessarily make an award at the lowest price in order to achieve a small price savings if better value can be achieved with superior technical features.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Technical Evaluation Plan: Sections include Eligibility, Bonding Information, Financial Condition & Capability, Supplier Capability and Past Performance.
