Tender are invited for PROPOSAL TO EXTEND STATE AIRPORT LAND USE PERMIT: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend the land use Permit for Lot 4, Block 100, consisting of approximately 10,753.14 square feet, at Pilot Point Airport (ADA-09310) for an additional five (5) years, to expire January 1, 2030. Applicant: Ugashik Setnet LLC. Annual rent: $1,333.39. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Placement of a 40 foot connex, aircraft tie-down and parking of personal vehicle while in flight. Competing applications or written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., January 10, 2025, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the lease. The Department-s decision will be sent only to persons who submit written comment or objection or a competing application to the Department, at the address and by the date and time specified in this notice, and include their return address.
