TITLE: F3N6025147AG01, Single Source Acquisition for 1 CBCS DJWICS KIT
The 700th Contracting Squadron, Kapaun AS, Germany intends to award a single source purchase order to Echelon International LLC. required items to be purchased are:
This procurement will be for the purchase of a custom-made deployable communications kit with stand up DJWICS capabilities, that houses all necessary communications equipment to enable TS/SCI data and voice processing. This kit is ruggedized and transportable to suit various commercial and military transportation requirements.
APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY:
This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Companies such as Airbus, PacStar, and Curtis Wright Defense Solutions, were reached out during Market Research via a Request for Information but they were unable to execute the requirement. This was due to not being able to meet necessary timelines, absence of vendor communication, and ability to produce this kit. This left Echelon as the single provider of the requirement.
Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 7 July 2025 at 2:00 P.M CEST.
