The bunkers on site are old, no longer code compliant, and have various damages. There is an insufficient number of bunkers to support the occupancy capacity of the facilities on site. Many of the bunkers are not placed on solid even ground or in strategic locations for personnel use/access in case of emergency. As part of this project, the contractor must identify a replacement solution for the bunkers along with a proposed laydown site plan (with the bunker replacement-s locations) for the area. The bunker replacements and laydown plan must be made in consideration with the occupancy capacity of each facility, access for personnel, and compatible with the adjacent available space. The bunker replacements must be mobile/pre-fabricated units that are Israeli MOD approved/certified and the ground area must be prepped and leveled before final installation. The bunkers currently on site will be removed in phases by the government as the new replacements are ready for install.
