This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06, effective 10/01/2025. This requirement is being solicited under full and open competition. DESCRIPTIONThe U.S. Geological Survey, Dakota Water Science Center, requires a DIA internet circuit and services as described in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The USGS requires a base year plus two option years. RELEVANT INFORMATIONThe North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 517111 Wired Telecommunications Carriers and associated size standard 1,500 applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code DG10 IT and Telecom - Network as a Service.All services will be performed at the Dakota Water Science Center located at 1608 Mountain View Road, Rapid City, SD, 57702.
