1. The required salient characteristics for the Roads and Grounds 104 Inch Zero Turn Mower are below.a. Must Include:(1) Rear discharge 104 inch mowing deck with a minimum blade tip speed of 15800 rpm for the wing decks and minimum 15500 rpm for the center deck.(2) Minimum 40 horsepower air cooled motor with electronic fuel injection.(3) Minimum main fuel tank capacity of 12 gallons.(4) Parking brakes integrated with the steering levers.(5) Cutting heights from one to five and one half inches.(6) Hydraulic operated deck lift.(7) Five cutting blades.(8) Electric power take off.(9) Beacon kit, Light kit, Mulch Kit (includes wavy mulch blades), Premium anti-scalp kit.(10) Semi-pneumatic tire/wheel assembly 15x6-6 black.(11) Operators- manual/Maintenance manual.
