Fort Carson intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) service contract in support of 10th SFG Close Target Reconnaissance, Surveillance, and Find-Fix Training and incorporating realistic role-playing scenarios as detailed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
This solicitation will close at 10:00 AM MDT on 29 August 2025.All questions must be emailed to duane.j.howell.civ@army.mil no later than 10:00 am MDT on 27 August 2025.
Training must be conducted in a suitable classroom location within 10 miles of Fort Carson, CO. A critical aspect of this acquisition is the personnel qualifications; contractor personnel must possess a Secret Security Clearance, a Special Operations Forces (SOF) background, and demonstrated expertise in Operational Preparation of the Environment (OPE). Additionally, the contractor must adhere to the strict Period of Performance schedule and shall provide all necessary resources - personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision - as detailed in the accompanying Performance Work Statement (PWS).
