Description : This solicitation is being created by PennDOT Allegheny County for the procurement of plant mixed asphalt product containing various percentages of 19mm RAP material. This agreement will include Department Force pickup of material, vendor delivery of asphalt, and vendor hauling of millings. Under this agreement, the awarded vendor will also receive an estimated total of approximately 9,600 tons of RAP millings delivered to the vendor-s plant nearest to the jobsite. This agreement will be used to support highway maintenance operations in Allegheny County.
