This Simplified Acquisition solicitation is being issued using FAR 13 procedures. The attached PDF contains evaluation and response details. Responses can be in any format but must demonstrate the information indicated in the solicitation. Clauses and Provisions are subject to change prior to solicitation close. Responses can use the attached SF 1442 as a quote sheet, but if award is contemplated the Contracting Officer will generate a new version with all updates to the solicitation and clauses.
A formal site visit has been scheduled for 6 August 2025 at 0800 am central standard time at 126 Civil Engineering Squadron, 146 Air Guard Way Bldg 5002, CE Classroom. Ad Hoc site visits will also be considered upon request. For access to the base, all offerors must submit information to the 126th Base Contracting Office at 126.ARW.MSC.Org@us.af.mil to attend the site visit.
All questions and quotes must be directed to 126 Contracting Officer via email at 126.ARW.MSC@us.af.mil. Questions asked within 1 week of solicitation close will be answered at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Please make quotes good for 30 days, if possible. Emailed quotes are preferred.
