This announcement constitutes the only solicitation being issued; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Please provide a narrative statement from your company on how you can successfully cover your financial responsibilities for the rebuild of the interconnecting cable sets inside this test bench.
