This solicitation is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside. The limitations of subcontracting, as described in FAR 52.219-14, will apply to any potential contract. If award cannot be made, the solicitation will be cancelled, and the requirement resolicited.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice synopsizing an the RFQ solicitation to satisfy the requirements of FAR 5.201 and 5.203.
