THE OKLAHOMA CITY AIR NATIONAL GUARD, OKLAHOMA IS ISSUING THIS SOLICITATION FOR PROJECT #YZEU142025 TO RENOVATE BUILDING 1040. THE WORK LOCATION WILL BE AT THE WILL ROGERS AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, OKC, OK 73179.
THIS PROJECT IS BEING SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION (NAICS) CODE IS 236220, WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $45,000,000.00. THE MAGNITUDE IS BETWEEN $5,000,000 AND $10,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204(F). PERSONS WHO INTEND TO BID ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT BEING HELD ON 27 JANUARY 2025 @1000HRS CST. FURTHER DETAILS ARE OUTLINED IN THE SOLICITATION.
