THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO INCORPORATE THE FOLLOWING CHANGES:
1. To provide answers to RFIs received in regards to this solicitation. There will be a second amendmentin the future answering the remaining questions left off this amendment.
2. To incorporate addendum 1 narrative with all of the updated documents included in addendum 1.
3. All questions received by 1600hrs CST 20 Feb 25, will be answered. Any questions received after that, will not be answered.
4. The bid due date has been extended as follows:
FROM: 27 Feb 25 @ 1000hrs CST.TO: 6 Mar 25 @ 1000hrs CST.
5. All other terms and conditions remain the same.

PROJECT TITLE: RENOVATE BUILDING 1040PROJECT LOCATION: 137TH WILL ROGERS AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, OK
THE OKLAHOMA CITY AIR NATIONAL GUARD, OKLAHOMA IS ISSUING THIS SOLICITATION FOR PROJECT #YZEU142025 TO RENOVATE BUILDING 1040. THE WORK LOCATION WILL BE AT THE WILL ROGERS AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, OKC, OK 73179.
THIS PROJECT IS BEING SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION (NAICS) CODE IS 236220, WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $45,000,000.00. THE MAGNITUDE IS BETWEEN $5,000,000 AND $10,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204(F). PERSONS WHO INTEND TO BID ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO ATTEND THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT BEING HELD ON ***30 JANUARY 2025 @1000HRS CST****. FURTHER DETAILS ARE OUTLINED IN THE SOLICITATION.
IAW FAR 52.232-18 "FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS CONTRACT. CURRENTLY, THE GOVERNMENT ANTICIPATES FUNDS WILL BECOME AVAILABLE PRIOR TO 30 SEP 2025. THIS ACTION HAS BEEN IDENTIFIED ON THE NATIONAL GUARD PRIORITY LIST FOR AWARD IF FUNDS BECOME AVAILABLE AND THE PRICES RECEIVED ARE WITHIN AN AFFORDABLE RANGE. AWARD WILL BE MADE TO THE RESPONSIBLE BIDDER WHOSE BID CONFORMS TO THE INVITATION FOR BIDS AND IS MOST ADVANTAGEOUS TO THE GOVERNMENT CONSIDERING ONLY PRICE AND PRICE RELATED FACTORS."
