South Base Primary Electrical Upgrade
The Tulsa Air National Guard, Oklahoma is issuing invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price contract for services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for repair by replacement of the south and central underground electric distribution system serving facilities at the Tulsa Air National Guard Base in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
This project is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 238210, with a size standard of $19,000,000.00.
The magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 IAW FAR 36.204(f).
Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds will become available prior to award. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors.
