Description:
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation 12380624 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-08. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified vendors may quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 624410 - Childcare and the Federal Product/Service Code: G099 - Social. The small business size standard is $10,000,000.00.

Event location is TBD, there is a separate contract award being solicited for event space.

Labor rates for this service will be based off (Sebastian County, Arkansas)

Any Vendor that is not based in Arkansas, must demonstrate that they have the ability to provide childcare services in Arkansas in accordance with any AR state rules or regulations.
