The Oregon Air National Guard at Portland Air National Guard Base is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed-price contract for a Dining Facility Mess Attendant service to assist with meal preparation during Regularly Scheduled Drills. The contractor shall, except as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to perform full food services at the 142d Wing Dining Facility.
