Description
The 145th Wing, North Carolina Air National Guard, intends to sole source the delivery and installation of an additional intrusion detection system with Access Control System. This will include installation of cameras, access control terminals, tamper sensors and CCTV, which will tie into existing Security Proprietary Network/System located in building 79 by Advantor Systems Corporation, 129612 Challenger Pkwy, Suite 300 Orlando, FL 32826. Advantor is the approved/authorized Access Control and Intrusion Detection system contractor for the security system at the 145th Wing. This procurement is being made pursuant to USC 1901 as implemented in FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Soliciting from a single source. Advantor installed the current security system at the base and is the sole manufacturer. All qualified sources must respond not later than the date and time specified under General Information within this special notice.A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
