- The 146th Airlift Wing Channel Islands, Port Hueneme, CA has lodging requirements for the CA-ANG uniformed members required to complete Regularly Scheduled Drills (RSD) for the 2026 calendar year. See Performance Work Statement (PWS) within Request for Quote (RFQ) attached herein for full details and requirements. Note per Single Source Determination (separately attached) for lodging at Ventura Beach Marriott Hotel - January RSD only. A maximum of two (2) additional AAA 3-Diamond lodging facilities within the required 20-mile driving distance from the CIANG station may be quoted for remainder of 2026.
This RFQ is 100% set aside for Small Business within NAICS 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels with a size standard of $40M. All prospective quoters must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM) https://SAM.gov.
The Government intends to select one (1) contractor and award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for period of performance from 01 January 2026 through 31 December 2026.
Funds are not presently available for this effort. Subject to the availability of funding, the Government intends to award without discussions; however, reserves the right to cancel this RFQ, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this RFQ, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a vendor for any costs.
