Special Notice
The 146th Airlift Wing Mission Support Group/Mission Support Contracting (146 AW MSG/MSC) intends to solicit from a single source, in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). Solicitation to Maven Engineering Corp., a small business, for the purchase of a JB Roche Inflatable Engine Change IglooMX for the C130-J aircraft. Maven Engineering Corp. is the only authorized United States re-seller for JB Roche products.
The period of performance is 8 weeks ADC.
The small business size standard of NAICS 336413 is 1,250 employees.
This Special Notice is not a request for quote. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement by 2:00 PM PDT on 11 April 2025. Responses must be submitted via email to 146 AW MSG/MSC Contracting Officers, ricardo.macias.3@us.af.mil and william.tucker.32@us.af.mil no later than the time and date noted above. Telephone responses or requests will not be accepted.
A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to pursue a competitive requirement.
