NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia is seeking eligible contractors to furnisheffort including labor, material, and facilities as may be required to manufacture the items identified withinthis notice.The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or ServicesWill Satisfy Agency Requirements. Absent Government approval of additional sources, the Governmentintends to add this scope to referenced Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00383-22-G-YY01 with The BoeingCompany (Cage Code 0PXV4) and solicit for the procurement of the F15 and F18 special tooling identified in theattachment.One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the Free Trade Agreements Act and/or the WorldTrade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free Trade Agreements.The government does not possess the data necessary to perform the requirements under this contract.Theidentified source is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and the only known source capable ofsatisfying the Governments requirement All responsible sources may identify their interest and provide capability statements in response to thisnotice. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses receivedwithin 15 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to thisnotice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Source Approval is required.
