Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp (FPC Bryan), intends to award a sole source contract order to GE Health Care. To provide and service GDXR Console Workstation and install. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 - only responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. No grey market items will suffice. The NAICS code is 811219. To the best of our knowledge, is the only provider for this service.
This is a firm-fixed price purchase order for the performance the contract shall cover GDXR Console Workstation and installation, with GE Health Care. Any firm who believes it can meet these requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer by Monday, March 17, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. EST. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed and mush show competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice will solely, be at the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source procurement to GE Healthcare.
