15kV Switchgear Replacement - Solicitation Amendment 0005: This Amendment 0005 is issued to update the Davis Bacon Wage Determinations (MI20250033, Modification 4, Heavy Construction, and MI20250133, Modification 3, Building Construction) which were both updated on July 18, 2025. This Amendment 0005 also extends the proposal due date from August 5, 2025 to no later than 2:00 p.m. EDT on August 7, 2025. Solicitation Amendment 0004: This Amendment 0004 is issued to provide updated drawing and specification sections in response to bidder inquiries received. This Amendment 0004 also extends the proposal due date from July 31, 2025 to no later than 2:00 p.m. EDT on August 5, 2025. .
