Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) at Arnold Air Force Base is issuing this Sources Sought Notice to determine the availability and technical capability of small and large businesses to meet the Government-s requirement for refurbishment and rewind/repair of existing 161kV transformers as well as new spare 161kV transformers. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed is 237130, Power and Communication Line and Related Structures Construction, with a size standard of $45M.
