(1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation/synopsis reference number is W50S6S25QA005 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
(2) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03, Dated 17 January 2025
(3) This Requirement is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 238190 with a $19M size std.
(4) Refer to the attached RFQ and supplemental attachments for: List of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure, including option(s) as applicable; Place of performance, acceptance and FOB point; Applicable Provisions and Clauses, additional contract requirement(s) or terms and conditions.
(5) One site visit is anticipated to be provided. The site visit will be held on 23 April 2025 at 9:00 AM Arizona time. Vendors are encouraged to arrive 30 minutes early to gain access to the installation. All vendors that plan to attend the site visit must email to the addresses below the following information:- Full name-Date of birth- Drivers license number- Drivers license State of Issue- Last 4 of Social Security number
(6) Any questions must be emailed to the address below no later than 2:00 PM Arizona time, Thursday, 25 April 2025. Responses will be posted via an amendment to this solicitation by 5:00 PM Arizona time on Tuesday, 30 April 2025.
